The 501creative approach to websites is different than most. We believe that our clients should have access to web solutions that do not depend on us for ongoing maintenance. For that reason, we develop sites and train our clients to update them (no programming experience required). We remain available to our clients for complex changes, new functionality or general consulting.

Our goal is to give our clients the most functional and well-designed web solutions available, without the costs typically associated with such sites. We use open-source coding languages to develop dynamic functionality (non-proprietary code is increasingly recognized as a standard on the web). We use third-party hosting and give our clients all user names and passwords for future needs.

The Confluence

The Confluence encompasses the area around the confluence of the Missouri, Mississippi and Illinois Rivers. In an effort to bring people back to the rivers, a network of organizations came together to enhance the area, create marketing materials and raise funding. This website, created in conjunction with the Lewis and Clark bicentennial, allows visitors to search for sites via a Flash-based map and get visitor and driving information for each location.
